Showdown Jacket is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 45.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Super cozy, with drawbacks This jacket is super comfy, super cozy, and will definitely see a lot of time in the fall rotation. My biggest complaint, however is the hand-warmer pockets. They open at the under-arm seam so putting your hands in them requires the wearer to reach pretty far back in an awkward way, and then your wrists strain against the edge of the pocket. I am guessing this was done to preserve the flannel shirt look, rather than a jacket, but I would push for next year to have patch pockets closer to the front. Also, I ordered at 6'1" 220lbs I ordered an XL. I think the L would be a bit small, but the XL is a bit big. Kept it, though, to aid in layering.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Shirt Jacket combo I was really excited to get this because I was thinking this would be a great fall jacket or I could even still wear under a puffy or layered winter jacket when things get colder. I'm also very active, so on a fall mountain bike ride I can throw this on when I get pack to the parking lot and I start to cool down and then head out to the local brewery I'm set to go! Very comfortable, Its on the cusp of being too large but not quite, I only had a tshirt or a thin synthetic shirt on underneath but could pair nicely with a thicker base layer or sweater. I love the colors on the blue as they are slightly muted, I don't always like plaid so all the lines aren't in your face and not overly bright.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable and sharp casual look My husbands new favorite comfortable jacket. I had originally bought the Wooly Jacket but husband complain it felt itchy ( he's very sensitive to wool). So I returned the Wooly Jacket and ordered the Showdown...so happy I did Perfect level of warmth for California weather- not too bulky yet insulated. . If you are between sizes , go for the smaller size. He usually wears a L but purchased a M due to the reviews. The fit is good but my husband doesn't layer a lot of clothes so the smaller size was perfect. Recommendation: If you layer go for usual size if don't layer size down.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Combo of City and Adventure Great jacket that brings together the elements needed for an adventure on the closest trail and look that handles city streets. Great warmth for the commute on cold days or a brisk morning walk. I can see this piece a part of my wardrobe for a long time to come. The only downside is the sizing. I have been unable to purchase the same size across the prAna lineup; I have a medium in a similar style, yet have recently purchased both a large and extra large in two other styles. Other than that the Showdown Jacket is awesome.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Bomb! This Jacket blew me away when I opened the box, product description doesn’t do this jacket justice. Outside of the jacket is somewhat ridged and repels water nicely, inside is unbelievable amazing warmth with the down material wonderful wind resistance. Huge inside packets on both sides, nice zippered chest pocket fits large phones no problem and also has a convient headphone port which makes listening to music on a trial ride easy, no bulky cords all over the place. SNAP BUTTONS! Great jacket need I say more!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Classic, super warm, comfortable, durable! This jacket is designed very well, it's super warm, and insanely comfortable. I haven't taken it off since I got it. Used it in 30 degree, windy mountain conditions with only a T shirt and was toasty. It fits a bit large, but since it's a jacket I say it fits just right (leaving room for layering). I'm a true size small and the size small Showdown Jacket fits great. It looks great, and does not sacrifice durability, warmth, or comfort for style. It has 2 internal drop-in glove pockets, an internal chest zipper pocket, two front breastpockets, and external handwarmer pockets. The sleeves are quite long which is actually great for me because I have a large positive ape index. All in all, this is a classic piece that functions great, will keep you warm, and will last a long time.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Feels great, looks good, not very warm, snaps are really tight. I wanted to love this jacket but I don’t. I ordered the charcoal color first and didn’t like it, I have the blue color now and it looks good. The sleeves are a little longer than I’d like. The snaps are very tight, not sure if they will get easier over time. I was expecting the performance of a down puffer, but the jacket is not as warm, maybe due to the open areas around the snaps. I would recommend this jacket as a really warm shirt, not for cold weather requiring a down jacket.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really great shirt jac! You need to buy this jacket, period. I'm 6'-3", 225lb, XL fits perfect. Color is even better in person, I ordered the coal and it has that charcoal undertone with a really nice muted spruce/gold/wine colored accent, beautiful, lots of compliments so far. Kept me warm walking with just a T-shirt under it in 45? degree temps the other night and wore it all day at the office without overheating. Nice curved hem so you can access your jeans pockets. The microfiber lining in the cuffs is a really nice touch, just a lot of really thoughtful details that make this piece even better, plus is responsibly sourced and manufactured, bonus. I can tell this will become my go to top for a lot of occasions. Prana has a winner here, like a lot of their pieces. If you're on the fence, pull the trigger and buy it, you won't regret it.
