Halle Pant is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 1599.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Durable Pants I'm a Peace Corps Volunteer, and these pants are amazing. They are quick drying, breathable, don't wrinkle, comfortable, and very versatile. I can go from teaching in the classroom to the garden in them, and they are formal enough to wear in the office. I hand wash my clothes, and only did the material start to wear away after a couple months of scrubbing with a thick bristled brush. They seem looser now (after 10 months of weekly wear), but I think that's because I hand wash and scrub them. I love that I can roll them up and snap them into capris for the summer months. I highly recommend them for anyone who is traveling, hiking, backpacking, etc.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from So disappointed Two months ago I would have given these pants a definite 5. No question they were my favorite pants ever. In fact, I pretty much had decided these would be my go to pants going forward. I owned two pair that I purchased about 6 months ago. Unfortunately within the span of the past two months one of the snaps on the back pocket has broken on both pairs. This is after having to resew the front buttons on each pair within weeks of receiving them. These are great pants, but the quality of construction needs serious consideration from PrAna. My husband has several pairs of the men's version of these pants and they are clearly of superior quality. What gives????

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These could be my new favorite pants! I do a lot of yoga and usually purchase prana for my yoga practice and/or for every day casual wear. I bought these pants to go hiking and didn't think my yoga pants were up to the task. We spent a week in Moab, Utah and these pants were the best thing I brought with me. The weather is a little unpredictable in April but I was able to roll the pants to three-quarter length on warm days and then convert them to long pants for the cooler mornings. They were super comfortable, easy to move in and durable enough to withstand the wear and tear of some steep and rocky trails.I am 5'2" and 110 pounds, size 0 in the shorter length was a perfect fit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I wore these pants 6 days in a row..... I can't say enough about these pants. I put them through the ringer by wearing them 6 days in a row without washing (don't get grossed out, I was in Europe). But it's also a testament to them holding up through hiking/scrambling over boulders around Mont Blanc, getting caught in rain, tramping through mud and never stinking or losing it's form. They do run a smidgy big, but that's fine by me, as I prefer my clothing to be on the looser side. I'm 5'1, 110 and I purchased size 2 in the short length, which are absolutely perfect on me. Not too tight, not too loose. These are a must purchase. In fact, I just bought another pair in a different color.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too long While I like the overall look and quality of the pants, my main problem with them is that the regular length is too short but the tall is WAY too long. I'm a 5'8" woman and have long legs, so finding hiking pants long enough to fit me (especially after washing) is difficult. I was excited to find the Halle pants, but when I got the size 4 Tall, they were much too long. The regular inseam is 32" and the tall is 36" - four inches difference is just too much. It's the first pair of pants I've bought that are just too long for someone as tall as me. Otherwise, great pants. If you could fix to, say, a 35" inseam I'd buy them in every color.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Work Pant EVER! These are the best pants I've ever purchased for my job as an Athletic Trainer. I've been telling all of my colleagues about them. They are stylish, professional looking and best of all allow me to move freely. My job is very physically demanding and these pants are up to the task. I find myself hauling equipment, covering events outside in south Florida, stretching athletes, etc. and these pants really allow me to do my job and look great at the same time. Goodbye khakis!! Seriously best investment I've made for work attire. I bought two pairs and will be buying a third. Great size options for tall athletic women like myself. Thank you prana!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No Value to this Pant I purchased these pants for primary hiking and backpacking trips, especially for the for protection against light rain or dewy conditions. First of all, its important to note that these pants run a size big. The pants are also not rain-resistant as an moisture soaks into them almost immediately. There are pants out there that resistant moisture for a little while as the water droplets bead on the surface. These do not. It was also sad to see the button on the front popped off, as did the fastening on the back pocket. The drawstring cord above the fly also ripped, twice. Sadly, I use them as a work pant now, and I always have to wear a belt. ::sigh::

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Pants Ever I am 5'7" and 140ish and these pants are my go-to pants for just about anything. They fit when my weight fluctuates up or down which it does all year long. I am 48 and get compliments on their fit when I wear these pants. I wear a size 6. They never look stretched out, they wick water, they are great for hiking, casual work days with sandals, hunting and just about anything else. They wash great over and over and don't look dirty when they really are dirty. I even have a lined pair that are extremely comfortable. My daughter told me that I couldn't have every color and if she hadn't said this I would and would wear them just about every day.

Has anyone worn these on a river trip? Wondering how fast they dry after being splashed or doused with rapids.

Asked by: phyto
I've worn them for lake kayaking, and if they've really been doused/soaked through they take some time to dry--maybe an hour. (I'll take them off after boating and they're usually ready to wear later.) If just spashed on a bit you're dry pretty quickly.

Do they work in a hot humid climate?

Asked by: Anonymous
I would say yes. The material is not super thick or clingy, so they're OK in heat and humidity. When I have to wear pants in the summer I would choose these for sure.

What is the difference between the Halle pant and the Hallena pant.?

Asked by: Sandra
The Halle Pants are a classic pant and the Hallena are their sister style. The differences are going to be that the Hallena has secured zipper pockets, only one button at the waist instead of the Halle pants 2 buttons, and a slightly slimmer leg opening at the bottom.

When I wash my Halle pants should I use fabric softner? Will it affect performance?

Asked by: Anonymous
In general, fabric softener should be avoided with technical fabrics. It can interfere with the fabric's ability to dry quickly and repel water. I'm not sure how fabric softener will affect the Stretch Zion fabric specifically, but I've never found the need for it with these pants.

Why is the 00 not any smaller than the 0?

Asked by: Anonymous
The 00 is only 1/2 inch smaller than the 0, so it's not a huge difference but its still smaller in the waist, hips, and thighs.
