Bronson Pant is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 644.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from New design less comfortable I have 2 pairs of Bronson pants from 2-3 years ago that fit well with the comfort of stretch when active and the material is really soft. The "new" organic cotton is more stiff and wrinkles like crazy unless to get them out of the washer AND dryer as soon as they are done. The "new" Bronson style is more tight in the hips and groin making the stretch fabric necessary so as to not want me to avoid wearing them altogether. These pants were my favorite of all time, now average but because they are Prana durable and stylish I still wear them but will not buy any more of these. Looking for the new "go to" pair of pants.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Looks great, but hot and wrinkly I wear these as casual pants. The cumin color is great, though it does show wear easily.Unfortunately, these pants simply roast the crotch area for some reason. I don't know if it's the fit, lack of ventilation, the material or a combination, but they're simply too hot to wear in the summer time. I sweat as much as the next guy, but I'm not one of those guys always dripping sweat, and I don't sweat nearly as much in any other pants I wear, so I don't know what the deal is with these. So they're alright for the winter/outdoor activities when it's cool, but beyond that they're just too hot. They also wrinkle like crazy.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Used to be great Once upon a time, these were the best pants in the world. I've owned four pairs, but Prana has made some design changes that have made me not want to buy any more. The fit through the thighs is now giant (and I say that as someone with bigger thighs (23" or so — I wear a 30x32)). And they now use an abrasive chain stitch for the cell phone pocket instead of a plain lock stitch. While this may seem like a minor detail, it makes grabbing your phone a pain because the chain stitch tears up the backs of your fingers. Both of those are enough of a reason to start to look elsewhere for the perfect pair of pants.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Prana Changes Materials, Etc. Unhappy TLDR: Husband and I loved the old Bronston pants but Prana changed the fabric and fit and now we do not like them. I bought a pair of these pants for my husband. He really liked them. I liked them as well because he and I are the same height and similar weight. We planned a hiking trip in the US and Canada and because we both liked them, we bought three more pair. The new pairs are different fabric. The new fabric is stiff and wrinkles in the wash. The fit is poor. I am no longer buying any pants from Prana. I've given them multiple opportunities but their pants always fit and perform poorly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best pants ever? I started with the Bronson shorts, love em and bought 2 more. Fall rolled around and I decided to try the pants. I now own three pairs of these as well if that tells you anything. The fit is great, not too skinny, not too baggy. Material and construction are very solid. The only con, and I'm not even sure I'd call this a con, is that after many washes the material fades a bit and takes on a slightly distressed look, kinda like an old pair of jeans, which I'd pretty much expect from a cotton product. They shrink a bit after the first few washes but I found the size to be pretty spot on post shrinkage. So glad I found these.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Such a great fit! These are a great fit, incredibly comfortable and true to size for a tall, athletic build. I have a hard time finding pants in a longer length. I purchased them in a 32x34, I'm 185lbs, 6'1", and they're perfect. They shrank just a smidge in the wash/dry, but I generally dry on low or hang, to avoid problems. I just use as everyday pants, but I'm pretty sure they'll work great in the climbing gym. Phone pocket easily holds an iPhone 6 with a Lifeproof case on it. The Yellow Cumin color is slightly less yellow than my monitor shows. Just a bit more subtle. Gotten tons of compliments on them. I'll be purchasing a pair or two more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality pants I am 6'4'' and have a 36 inch inseam, which means that I have difficulty finding pants that I like (in fact I almost exclusively wear shorts for this reason.) These pants however I quite like, they are comfortable, well fitted, and leave appropriate space (One issue that I commonly would come across is that I couldn't even fit my quads into pants without going several waist sizes up.) The only real issue I have with prAna is that there are only two styles that have a 36 inch inseam and with those only a couple of the colour options available (I'd go as far as buying another pair if the colour I wanted was available namely blue.)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing pants, love them. The Bronson pants are just fantastic, I have two pairs and I plan on getting another. The fit is great, they are a wonderful alternative to jeans, and are good for anything (i.e., work, casual night out, hiking, climbing). I don't like too many pockets, esp. cargo pants are really ugly to me, but I find myself using the little back -side pocket all the time and it's not very noticable.Again Prana made a very quality fit, the groin area is spacious and different from any other pair of pants I've owned (In a good way).My only complaint is that they get wrinkled pretty easily, so they probably need to be kept up by being ironed.

Is the Prana patch on the back of the Brion pant waist synthetic, or is it leather?
