We recently traveled to Indonesia in search of waves, but also wanted to use the trip as an opportunity to learn more about the global plastic issue. With Indonesia being the second largest plastic polluter in the world, and a world-class surf destination, it seemed like a good place to start, and learn more about what’s being done to combat the issue.
