If you don't have an account or you're missing your order information you can print a
PDF return form
. Send in your item(s) using the mailing label or your own shipping method. prAna cannot be responsible for returned packages until they reach our warehouse if using your own shipping method.
Your return will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days of being received.
If you return your merchandise
60 days of the purchase date with the original retail receipt or online packing slip, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment at the original selling price.
If you return it
60 days with the original receipt or packing slip, we will issue a merchandise credit at the original selling price. If you do not have proof of purchase, we will issue a merchandise credit at the lowest selling price, and will need to see your ID to complete the transaction.
We only accept returns from the original purchaser or original gift recipient. We only accept returns purchased from prAna.com or our prAna retail stores. prAna merchandise purchased at independent department stores and dealers must be returned to the location where it was purchased. prAna will not accept returns for clothing purchased through second-hand shops, non-authorized dealers, or from The Renewal Workshop; accept returns of final sale items; nor accept returns due to misuse or neglect.
For items purchased with a one-time only discount (i.e. coupon code or special sale) that you cannot receive by placing the order yourself, please contact our customer service team and we would be happy to assist you with your exchange.
prAna will not process exchange requests noted on the return Packing Slip.
