Methods of Payment
Currently, we accept prAna gift cards and merchandise credit, Klarna, Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We only accept reloadable gift cards.

If you are placing an order using any type of gift card above or merchandise credit, the order must ship complete.
When will I be charged for my order?
  • At the time of order placement, your credit card will be authorized for merchandise total and you will see a pending charge. Pending charges are temporary and not final.
  • You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates. Orders may be split across multiple shipments.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • If any part of your order is not able to be fulfilled or is out of stock, you will not be charged and any pending charges will be cancelled.
  • We are unable to combine orders and they will ship as separate orders.
  • If your payment includes the use of a gift card or gift card and credit card, and if an item is on backorder/preorder, this will hold your order until all items are available to ship complete.
  • prAna digital gift cards may be purchased by clicking here.
  • The prAna Gift Card is a physical or digital E-Gift Card with monetary value.
  • prAna Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only at prAna retail stores and at prAna.com.
  • prAna Gift Cards can be purchased in store and prAna E-Gift Cards can be purchased online using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Cards.
  • prAna Gift Cards are non-refundable.
  • prAna Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
  • prAna Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards do not expire.
  • Promotional prAna Gift Cards distributed as a purchase incentive will have an expiration date listed on the card.
  • The prAna Gift Card has no fees. prAna will not replace lost, damaged or stolen Gift Cards.
  • The 4 digit PIN number is required for online prAna Gift Card redemption.
  • You can check your balance on your prAna Gift Card at the time, either on our website at the Gift Card product page or during checkout.
  • Gifts cards cannot be redeemed on Borderfree.
