Will store hours change?
Our hours have changed: We will be open Monday-Sunday 11am-6pm.
  • All employees are required to wear masks, and we will encourage our customers to wear masks as well. If you do not have one, we are happy to provide one. Our masks protect you and your masks protect us.
  • All employees are required to wear gloves and we will be offering hand sanitizer freely to all throughout the store.
  • Our staff is dedicated to providing a safe and clean environment for our customers and will be disinfecting high touch point areas of the store hourly.
  • Employees and customers are required to comply with social distancing of at least six feet at all times and we will be reducing capacity to comply with these guidelines.
  • We are providing health screening resources to our employees to use prior to their arrival to the store.
We’ve extended our normal return window to provide an additional 60 days on all purchases made after January 1, 2020. This means that purchases can be returned up to 120 days after the original purchase date. And as always, any purchase made at a prAna retail location may be returned online for a prAna merchandise credit. You can initiate your return here, or simply contact our Customer Care Team at pranacustomerservice@prana.com or through the Customer Care form.
Thank you for your patience with us as we navigate these challenges together. Due to the store closures, we are accepting returns/exchanges 120 days after the original purchase date. To ensure staff safety, we will not accept returns for items that have been worn or process warranty claims in store at this time.
  • We have installed counter shields at the cash wrap and although we will accept cash, we will be encouraging contactless payments at this time.
  • We will still allow reusable totes but ask that you do not set these personal items on the counter and bag your own items to reduce physical contact with the cashier.
  • Return transactions will take place at a separate station and we will quarantine items for 24 hours prior to putting them back on the sales floor.
  • Our restrooms, and drinking fountains will be closed as a precautionary measure.
  • We will offer fitting rooms in store and tailoring services remotely.
  • Yoga classes are cancelled, until further notice.
We do not have this service in-store, but we are offering free shipping on orders placed through the website.
