Free shipping does not apply to our Influencer/Pro customers or those receiving discounted pricing outside of a promotional period. When does my order ship and when will it arrive?

Your order will arrived via either UPS or USPS. If you are unable to receive UPS shipments please use your P.O. Box; P.O. boxes, APOs and Puerto Rico destinations will ship USPS only.

Orders placed before 11:00am PST Monday – Friday will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00am PST Monday – Friday will ship the following business day. Shipping and arrival may be affected by observed holidays or carrier peak periods.

Once your package is shipped, you’ll be emailed a tracking number. Estimated shipping times:

What if I have special delivery requirements?

We’re happy to help you with your special delivery requirements. For example, if you can’t receive UPS but also have no PO Box or have other needs, please contact customer service.

I made a mistake when placing my order. Can I change it?

prAna’s goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. So once you hit submit most orders cannot be changed. However, prAna customer service may be apple to offer you options. Feel free to contact them during normal business hours, M-F, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. or email at ecommerce@prana.com.

Does prAna ship internationally?

Currently prAna ships to U.S., U.S. territories, Canada, APOs and FPOs.

What if I live in Canada?

We love our neighbors to the north and send all packages to Canada via UPS Ground. Our shipping cost structure includes Canadian duties, taxes and shipping costs. If you need help, or wish to ask about expedited shipping options for Canada, please contact customer service.

Why are shipping costs so high to Canada?

Shipping costs for orders going to Canada include duties required by Canada when items are shipping from the U.S. They are calculated by the postal code entered for shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you do not absolutely love your purchase, please return the item(s) at any time for a refund, credit or exchange.

How do I return something?

We’ve made returning your prAna wear as easy as possible. If you live in the US, US territories or have an APO, simply:

  1. Circle the item(s) you’re returning on the Order Summary* and note the reason code.
  2. Pack your return in the original package (if possible), along with your completed return form.
  3. Affix the supplied return label** to the package (US only!). Canada customers, please do not use the return label as your package will be rejected by Canada Post.
  4. Drop your return in any US Mailbox, hand to your carrier or take to the local office. For all returns, $8 will be deducted from your refund to cover flat-rate return shipping costs.

Refunds are made at the purchase price (with proof of purchase) or at an item’s last sale price, which could be significantly discounted from the retail price. Refunds will only be issued with proof of purchase from either prAna.com or prAna retail stores. California state law require that all garments returned for repair or exchange must be laundered. If the item has been worn, kindly wash it before you return it.

How do I exchange something?

We’ve made exchanging your prAna wear as easy as possible. If you live the US, US territories or have an APO, simply:

  1. Place a new order at prAna.com and enter the order confirmation number in the Comments box in the Exchanges area of your Order Summary*.
  2. Circle the item(s) you’re returning on the Order Summary* and note the reason code.
  3. Pack your return in the original package (if possible), along with your completed return form.
  4. Drop your return in any US Mailbox, hand to your carrier or take to the local office. You will not be charged a return shipping fee if new order number for a replacement item is written on the form (see #1 above).

Can I return something even if I have worn it or removed the tags?

prAna wants you to love your purchase. If at any time you aren’t happy with a purchase, please return the item(s) for a refund, credit or exchange. Click here for details.

Do I have to use the return label included in the package?

Feel free to ship your return using your own method taking note of the tracking number. However, prAna cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit when your own label is used.

What if I live in Canada?

We love our neighbors to the north. Our included return label will unfortunately not work with Canada Post however if you contact customer service they can provide a premium label that will make your returns fast and easy.

What if my item is defective?

Mistakes sometimes happen but we’re more than happy to fix them. If we are not able to repair or replace an item and you wish to have it sent back as-is please indicate this on your return form.

How do I return/exchange something I bought at a prAna dealer?

We encourage you to take your return or exchange back to the original point of purchase for processing. Only that dealer will be able to issue a refund. If you are unable to visit the original point of purchase we will be more than happy to help you with an exchange or prAna merchandise credit.

How do I exchange an item if I received a discount?

To process an exchange for an item purchased at a discount that is no longer on sale, please contact prAna customer service during normal business hours, M-F, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PT or email ecommerce@prana.com. They will be happy to help.

Have you received my return?

When you return an item using the provided pre-paid return label, you can track your package by going to USPS and entering the return tracking number provided.

How long does it take to process my return/exchange?

Turnaround time on exchanges and replacements is usually 2-3 weeks (including transit time) if the item is in stock. Refunds will be issued to your account with 7-10 business days of receipt (not including transit time for the item to arrive at prAna). Credits may take up to 5 business days to post on your account.

Use your Tracking Number provided at the top of your Order Summary to see when we receive your package. If you elect not to use the provided return label or a return label generated from prana.com then prAna will not assume responsibility for any items lost in transit. Items using our Return Label are trackable and prAna can assist if they are lost in transit.

Why haven’t I received my refund, my return was received by prAna days ago?

prAna’s goal is to process returns as quickly as possible typically within 3-5 business days from being received.

Why does my credit not match what I paid for the item?

Credits may not match the full amount you paid for an item you returned for one of two reasons. Eight dollars may have been deducted for using the pre-paid return label or if the item was purchased from one of our dealers and proof of purchase was not included, we issue a prAna merchandise credit for the last price sold.

I asked for an exchange, why did I get a refund?

Sorry, prAna does not do zero dollar exchanges. Returns are refunded to the original form of payment when purchased directly from prAna and to a prAna merchandise credit when purchased from a dealer or received as a gift.

Can my torn garment be repaired?

We are happy to repair an item whenever possible. Just send the piece back to prAna using the return label click here and return form click here. If we are unable to repair the item, we will issue you a prAna merchandise credit so please include an email address on the return form.
