Class Descriptions

INTUITIVE FLOW: Inspired by prAna ambassador, Shiva Rea, this class is an inspiring challenge of fluid movement, creative sequencing, and unique soundscapes. Students can expect to be empowered to live their yoga on and off the mat through this intuition-based vinyasa.

FORREST YOGA: A unique style of Hatha yoga developed by Ana Forrest. Traditional asanas have been modified to address mental, emotional, and physical ailments. The sequencing is physically rigorous, brings heat and strength to the core, allows for the time and space to find blockages and pain in oneself, and teaches how to heal: mind, body, and spirit breath by breath. There is no music during class and postures are held for a long time, requiring students to tune in.

CREATIVE FLOW: Open your mind and explore your physical capabilities in this playful, yet challenging all- levels class. Focus on alignment, muscle engagement and overcoming mental resistance.

MINDFUL FLOW: A balanced practice, with a particular focus on feeling good, anatomical awareness, and mindfulness. An all level class that flows between ease and effort, while opening and strengthening the body.

GRATITUDE FLOW: A class to improve your endurance and energy level, and to connect mind body and spirit.

TRIBAL VINYASA: A strong and liberating practice based on Shiva Rea’s prAna flow with an emphasis on physical and spiritual development.

POWER VINYASA FLOW: An empowering and dynamic hatha yoga class including flow, balancing and strength building postures, pranayama and meditation. Previous yoga experience beneficial, but not required.
