Chris started martial arts at age 7, and encourages kids in his community to start climbing. His considers his proudest climbing achievement not a particular route he has done, but rather the organization of a climbing team of 40+ students–complete with full uniforms.

For sure the Mojo shorts.
2. What you would do (activity/career) if you didn’t climb/BASE
I am a man of many talents and although life would suck badly without climbing, I would continue to be a Martialist and artist.
3. Earliest memory?
Sittin on my grandfathers bar stool in his basement in Brentwood eating peanuts…I was 4yrs old.
4. Childhood obsession?
Candy Candy Candy…wish it stayed the same as I got older but girls are far more satisfying.
5. Herbivore or Carnivore?
Both. I kill plants and animals and consume them to sustain my life.
6. Favorite place in the world?
Oh there are way too many to choose from so my favorite would be where ever I’m happy at the particular moment.
7. Favorite TV Show?
HBO’s Deadwood series.
8. Favorite Movie?
Natural Born Killers…great movie, reminds me a lot of myself.
9. Favorite Book?
I don’t often get a free moment to read but I would have to say The Count of Monty Cristo.
10. Hobby? (other than climbing/BASE/wingsuit)
Hunting, Sculpting, Boxing, Acting, Building, Coaching, and much much more.
11. What is your morning routine?
Well usually I have to piss, but after that I go for a 4 mile run, sometimes eat breakfast, but for the most part there is nothing routine about my strange life.
12. What do you sleep in?
My tree house with my two beautiful girlfriends, yes I said tree house.
13. What is the longest you’ve gone without a shower?
This might sound nasty but 4 months…don’t worry I was swimming all the time…no need to shower.
14. Talent no one knows about?
I have multiple character personalities.
15. Motto/quote to live by?
No one is inspired by the nothing you do.
16. Who inspires you?
Ambitious people, that use their ambitious achievements for good, inspire me.
17. If you could meet anyone in the world dead or alive who would it be and what would you say to them?
Fidel Castro. I’m not sure what I would ask him…I would have many questions though, he is quite the hero to me.
18. If you were stranded on a desert island, what 3 items would you take with you?
Is a woman an item? Woman, Machete, flint stone.
19. What community organizations/non-profits are you involved in?
I am the leader of my Elite Unit Organization. My students are involved in any and all non-profit events that they can spare their time for.
20. Why are you a prAna ambassador?
I believe in what prAna as a company represents. I choose to represent them as they choose to represent me. I continue to be the best ambassador that I can be and always use my position in life to help and inspire others.
